30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your POVEC product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Here’s what you need to know:
Products Covered: All POVEC products and accessories
Warranty Life span: 30 days from the date of shipping
Applicability: Return for any reason
Purchased From: POVECoptics.com
Exclusions: Accidental or water damage, loss of product, prescription lenses
Options: Replacement, exchange for an equal-value product, or refund
Process:
Returns must include all accessories and original packaging.
For non-quality-related claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For quality-related claims, POVEC will refund or reimburse return shipping costs.
International orders are ineligible for exchanges.

2-year manufacturer’s warranty
Our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covers any manufacturing defects. Here’s what you need to know:
Products Covered: All POVEC products
Warranty Lifespan: 2 year from the date of shipping
Applicability: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, careful use
Purchased From: POVECoptics.com
Exclusions: Accidental or water damage, loss of product
Options: One (1) replacement (refurbished or new unit)
Process:
Ensure your product is registered for its warranty within 30 days of the shipping date.
If a defect is found and a valid claim is received, POVEC will either repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or refurbished product.

POVEC will send you a prepaid shipping label for the defective item.

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For quality-related warranty claims, POVEC will refund or reimburse return shipping costs.
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by POVEC, POVEC takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
POVEC does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
How to action a warranty:
Email contact@POVECoptics.com and upload 2-3 clear photos of the fault and a video showing the issue.
POVEC will provide a prepaid shipping label to send back the defective item.
Once received and inspected, POVEC will send a replacement and email you when it has been dispatched.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
Products without sufficient proof of purchase
Non-official POVEC products or counterfeits
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Items not registered within the required 30-day window
Items that have expired their warranty period
Accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
Water damage
Damages from operating the product outside its intended use
Lost or stolen products
Free products
